The Finnish public administration has been thoroughly analyzed during presentations and workshops delivered by experts of our ministries and HAUS staff. Site visits were arranged both to state bodies and municipalities. Our Chines guests are eager to learn, they ask lots of questions and take detailed notes.

The Guangdong senior civil servant training programme is arranged together with the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of the Guangdong Province and with the Sun Yat-sen University School of Government.

Mr ZHOU Xi Jia

“We are very happy and satisfied with the training programme here at HAUS, it has been very interesting! Especially to learn about the society and how Finland has already produced very high standard of welfare for the people.”

 Ms HUANG Ai Qun
“The Finnish system is totally different from the Chinese system: it has been quite eye-opening here. Because there is a huge difference between these two countries for instance in terms of culture and ways of learning, all things are quite new to us and there has been lot to learn. It has been very surprising with such high standard of welfare and services and still the economy of Finland sustains very well. I have been very satisfied with these four weeks and with the programme here at HAUS. “
