The contract is between the Bulgarian Ministry of State Administration and Administrative Reform and HAUS.

The training takes place in July and September in Helsinki and it covers 100 Bulgarian civil servants. The project is financed by the European Social Fund.

The training is composed of briefings on the EU negotiation mechanisms, key players in decision-making and a simulation of Council working group meeting. The training is delivered in English and French.
